Windows machines shares not being browsed

Bug Description

Binary package hint: nautilus

The shares created on Windows machines attached to a Domain cannot be browsed/accesed if asked by the host only.

E.g. from the location bar on Nautilus:

smb://hostofwindowsmachine --> Shows nothing
smb://hostofwindowsmachine/resource --> Ask for Windows domain credentials and if given accordingly it lists the files and folders within.

I've noticed the problem is not related directly with samba because if you use the smbclient it works correctly:
lnxmachine: $ smbclient -L \\hostofwindowsmachine -U username
Password:
Domain=[DOMAINNAME] OS=[Windows 5.1] Server=[Windows 2000 LAN Manager]
................. and then come the shares ....................

It's important to say that shares of linux machines (not attached to windows domain) are browsed correctly and the problem started happening after a hardy upgrade from gutsy.

Here's my sysinfo:

Yeap, all the time because all Windows machines are inside a Windows domain.
