Cannot format USB memory in Nautilus

Bug Description

I have a new KINGSTON 256 Gt USB stick that I'd like to format via Nautilus, but nothing happened.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Plug the USB memory in
2) Open nautilus when USB memory mounts
3) Right-click on KINGSTON => Select "Format..."
4) Nothing happens
