Yes, this is the issue for the folder icons.
Attached is a small script to fix the theme.

gnome-terminal launchel icon is still broken though.

I do have the icon in the theme:

smoku@wing:~$ grep Icon ~/gnome-terminal.desktop
Icon=gnome-terminal.png

smoku@wing:~$ ls ~/.icons/LiNsta-0.3/scalable/apps/gnome-terminal.png
