This bug is more than 10 years old, and all the other projects are marked as Fix Released, so I just closed the last one (Baltix).

If you think it's still an issue and worth investigating, feel free to reopen the bug. If this is the case, I suggest you reopen the bug in the upstream bug tracker, where the development actually occurs. I'm sure if you work on a patch, they'll be more than happy to review it and consider merging. This way, many more projects will benefit from your work, instead of just Baltix.
