If you have the problem (and still have version 0.7.1 installed, and not 0.7.1-2), please edit /var/lib/dpkg/info/nautilus-dropbox.postrm to add a "set -x" line just after the first line (i.e. after the line that starts with "#!"). Then run "sudo dpkg -P nautilus-dropbox" in a terminal and paste the output here. Thank you in advance.
