I'm the maintainer of this one. The nagios plugins directory (e.g. /usr/lib64/nagios/plugins) is owned by:
* EPEL5: nagios-plugins * All others: nagios-common
I'm pushing an update to nagios-plugins-openmanage, with fixed requires.
