Swarnendu Biswas, I think I misread your bug report, apologies.

If the icon size doesn't change in either myunity or CCSM it may be a problem with your installation.

How are you trying to change the icon size? By typing the icon size into the text box or using the slider? Both methods work perfectly here, as does CCSM.
