This is amazingly poor behavior from the upstream MythTV. They've not started arbitrarily rearranging their fields as well. This is seriously disappointing, since making tools work with earlier versions means they have to hold all the historical mappings of fields to versions. This will take a little while to fix correctly in MythTVfs...
