Same behaviour here with an Haupauge PVR-150 (ivtv)

Error message is the same as above "Fehler: Alle Eingänge sind belegt, aber es gibt keine laufenden Aufnahmen?"

Also, the backend is not recording any scheduled recordings.

Adding a new schedule has no effect.

Viewing old recordings works.
