I have just started to get this problem as well.
I notice that entries appear in the "programs" table of the database with all-zero start and end times, which cannot be right! This started out-of-the-blue just the other day.
I have a setup that uses the off-air programme guide from UK DVB-T.
I will give 0.22 a try, since the present installation is so unstable as to be near useless, after near-enough 18 months of virtually flawless operation.
