mythexport does not create unique filenames

Bug Description

Some of my recordings have long subtitles.

mythexport creates filenames for these that do not include the recording date and time.

Some examples:

As these subtitles are generic, these filenames are not unique.

My RSS reader thinks I've already seen these recordings.

Can the filename be shortened in a way that retains the whole date and time?

Thanks for the patch, this already missed 12.04 release, I'll re-visit it for the 12.10 release.

Some of the code around this area changed for the 12.04 release, to fix:

So you will need to re-adjust your fix once you upgrade.

The attachment "Truncate before adding start time" seems to be a patch. If it isn't, please remove the "patch" flag from the attachment, remove the "patch" tag, and if you are a member of the ~ubuntu-reviewers, unsubscribe the team.

I was also affected by this issue. The patch in #3 fixes this for me.
