Hrm, .. this is released in Bionic through the -security pocket.

But it has no entry in
http://autopkgtest.ubuntu.com/packages/m/mysql-5.7/bionic/ppc64el
since it skips the usual proposed migration.

I wonder if that would fail on Bionic as well (meaning the version in the archive is broken)
