The bug 1558886 is a bit complicated to reproduce. I also have tried some times.

In this case, it would be possible to mark the bug 1558886 as "opened until validation" and commit the fix for this current bug 1892440 to the "-updates"?

Because, if we wait someone validate the bug 1558886, it may be that this fix is stuck forever.
