Comment 7 for bug 1874567

Not sure it an nvidia driver issue. Using nvidia-settings to change anything in 'X Server Display Configuration' fixes the problem.
Here is my xrandr output after changing the x offset of one monitor from +230 to +240.

Ubuntu display settings:
