Found in a post on Reddit, a workaround that worked for me via GUI. Even though this is still a bug I wanted to help this workaround get more exposure.

Just installed 20.04. Same issue. But i have a workaround that doesn't involve manual settings with xrandr.

If i set them so that all monitors align at the bottom, it works as expected. This makes for a bit of wonky cursor movement screen-to-screen, but it's usable for now until it gets fixed.

Something about the nvdidia driver seems to not be able to map the position to any other configuration. It does not work if for me if I align them all at the top, only with them all aligned at the bottom.
