Having this problem in 20.04

GPU: AMD RX 5700XT
Fractional Scaling: 175%
Display: 4k Asus MG28UQ

Also, I can "workaround" it by moving the cursor to the bottom right, so it will be hidden there.
But then on Pressing F11 (for fullscreen in Firefox / Youtube) the auto hidden dock will reveal constantly and there will be a loss of performance, like if it is in a continuous loop
