When zoom is enabled, the top bar and some shell dialogs (wireless network selection, shutdown dialog, etc.) are not displayed properly. (See the attached screenshots.)

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Enable Zoom in Setting > Universal Access
2. (Optional) Set zoom factor to around 3 (or higher)
3. Look at the top bar. You will notice that all texts and icons are now gone. If you move your cursor to the right of the top bar, and then click on the status menu, you will see that only a portion of the menu is shown.
4. For the shell dialogs, go to the Settings app. In the Wifi section, choose one of the secured network available. You will see that the password dialog is not displayed in its entirety.
