It explicitly says Windows on every line mentioning 1.2.5 in the "Overlay availability by API, OS and CPU-architecture" table. It also implies Windows everywhere it mentions DirectX, since there is no DirectX entry in the tables that mention linux; only OpenGL entries exist there. This makes sense, of course, since mumble-overlay works via OpenGL on linux.
In any case, I don't see any explanation of the LD_PRELOAD "cannot be preloaded" error, nor any indication that it will be fixed in 1.2.5.
The bug is not limited to Guild Wars 2. I have tested it with several other 32-bit games running on wine, all with the same results.
