Apparently this bug is present in 13.10 (Saucy) as well.

Setting up mumble-django (2.9-2) ...
dpkg: error processing mumble-django (--configure):
 subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Errors were encountered while processing:
 mumble-django
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

Other things to note, this program cannot be purged either, it produces another error. I was attempting to do a full removal to see if the error persists on a clean install.
