As soon as it tries to download Arandale, it hangs up, then gives me error messages concerning this folder: /usr/lib/python2.7/urllib.py.

I've confirmed the user has Internet access, so we're stumped as to why the Python script appears to error out when attempting to connect to the network (as indicated by the IOError).
