Thanks, confirmed. Looks like a subtle mpv bug causing it to give up on hardware acceleration of videos from the Moto G7 Plus. Other than where the video came from I cannot see any difference between it and my own test videos. I recommend reporting the problem upstream at https://github.com/mpv-player/mpv/issues
