I found some workaround about this bug from the web.
"/usr/share/applications/mplayer.desktop ", which contains
==========================================
[Desktop Entry]
Type=Application
Encoding=UTF-8
Name=MPlayer
GenericName=Multimedia player
Comment=Multimedia player
Comment[de]=Multimedia-Player
Comment[es]=Reproductor multimedia
Comment[fr]=Lecteur multimédia
Comment[it]=Lettore multimediale
Icon=mplayer
TryExec=gmplayer
Exec=gmplayer %F
Terminal=false
Categories=GTK;AudioVideo;Audio;Video;Player;TV;
==========================================
you should change "Exec=gmplayer %u" to "Exec=gmplayer %F", this is a quick solution. But I think that It should be fixed by mplayer itself, not by users.
