This can be caused if you went to the site itself and logged in if the
settings are set to a certain setting it could be since you opened it in
website than Tbird wont retrieve those messages, this is caused by a
setting in you email server. example gmail gives me opeion to change
this to retrieve email starting at this point or all email that is in
inbox (i dont remember correct wording. Please let me know if you did
that and let me know what email this is (hotmail, gmail, othermail) this
way if i have account i can help you fix it.
