After a walk with my dog my brain is either complete damaged or working better:

IMHO Ubuntu is trying now to start a VBd wich only can work if the VirtualBox Guestadditions are allready working, which are working AFTER all harddisks are mounted.

And you can't start the VirtualBox Guestadditions without having mounted the / partition.

I can't see a logical way out of this except mounting all harddrives except the VBd then start the VirtualBox Guestadditions and after they are up and running mount the VBd.
