Ok, there's been precisely one report of this problem by a user in the last
9 months. While it's possible that there is still a race condition in
module-init-tools, it seems unlikely that a real bug of this nature would
have been hit by so few people when m-i-t is a package used by so many.
In any case, even if there is still a real bug here, it does not appear to
make the package unusable, so I don't see any reason to treat this as RC.
