In moblin-applets 0.42 on Ubuntu HardyPPA image, Cannot add ignore host entry into ignore host list and ignore host list is always empty in Proxy applet.
Reproduced steps:

1. Launch Proxy applet from Settings category.
2. Click "Advanced configuration" tab on the "Proxy" dialog.
Current result:
-------------
In step2, cannot add ignore host entry into ignore host list and ignore host list is always empty.
Expected result:
-------------
In step2, it should allow to add ignore host entry into ignore host list and ignore host list should not be empty.
