I glanced at the provider file, and it seems the Danish provider "3" is missing.
They have multiple APN's: "bredband.tre.dk" (which seems to be the default) Public, dynamic IP, no firewall.
"vip.tre.dk": Public, dynamic IP, incoming traffic blocked.
"data.tre.dk": Private, dynamic IP. (NAT'ed)
Premium customers also have access to:
"net.tre.dk": Public, dynamic IP, no firewall
I don't know if you can represent these differences somehow, or if you have a preferred default type, so I'll let you choose :)
