JFI: on Kubuntu (KDE 4.2) it gets displayed in the "Multimedia" application menu - which I find appropriate.

For reference, the package's Categories are GTK;AudioVideo;TV;Player;P2P;News;FileTransfer; (from /usr/share/applications/miro.desktop)
