the mir client needs to be updated due to an additional api break required to support the dpms (aka screen blank, aka suspend) for xmir.
the version change will be from libmirclient2 to libmirclient3
this has been built and test as part of the mir CI process as well as manual testing on both desktop and touch.

the dependencies are
xserver-xorg-xmir
xserver-xorg-video-intel
xserver-xorg-video-ati
xserver-xorg-video-nouveau
