Comment 12 for bug 494096

I've manage to consistently reproduce it:
1) I have 2 windows open. One of them is "restored", i.e. not maximized neither minimized. The state of the other window doesn't matter.
2) I double click on the title bar of the restored window to maximize it (the problem doesn't happen if I click on the maximize button instead).
3) I press [Alt]+[Tab] to go to the second window.
4) I try to click/drag the second window from the title bar. Instead, the first window is clicked/dragged.
