Thomas, that's not the problem.

<alex-weej> i think they're claiming that if you have the "Browse for other folders" expander open when the file selector comes up, the default keyboard focus is in the folder view, not the name entry
 i just tested this, it's true

You can visually see this happening. If you close the expander, the next time you invoke this dialogue the keyboard focus will stay in the name entry, as expected.
