Bug Description

Everyone knows that when you change theme under Gnome, kde and qt apps will use their own theme. It can be quite stupid when using a clear theme... But try to set Gnome to use a dark theme (Darkroom, Darklooks, etc) and then open a Kde (3 or 4) program. Awful.
I've created a script that adapts kde 3, kde 4, qt 3, and qt 4 (this one isn't necessary under ubuntu btw) to look as close as possible to gnome programs. It sets colors, fonts, cursors... it's all done automatically.
It's not just a matter of beginning integration. Every time you change theme, you have to change kde / qt theme too! This should be done by the system, not by the user having to manually set every color (after installing different control centers).
I've developed a script which does the trick, but it need to be runned every time you change the gnome theme. It's helpful anyway. Here's the link. I think it could be used as a basic for improving theme selection under gnome.
