The "official" manual pages are located at ftp://ftp.sgi.com/sgi/opengl/doc/ in the mangl.tar.Z, manglu.tar.Z and manglx.tar.Z files. I don't see any problem with distributing them. Is it that difficult to create a deb out of them and add it to the repository?
