The relevant error is
Suppression de eog ...
dpkg : erreur de traitement de eog (--remove) :
 le sous-processus script pre-removal installé a retourné une erreur de sortie d'état 245

The only thing that could fail is the call to update-menus. I'm affecting to 'menu'
