I'm bumping this to critical as you literally cannot play a video with the headphones on. The app is responding to active/inactive signals and is getting an inactive signal when the high volume dialog is being displayed, which causes it to pause. This dialog needs to

1) stay on top of the video so the user can press ok
2) not cause an inactive signal to go to the app.
