Michael Lamothe, Many thanks for your input suggestion, no I have not noticed if the problem has been fixed, However if you right click on the Me-TV Icon it may be opened by clicking on "Open as administrator" then enter your password and it opens Me-TV perfectly. Having found this way to open it I have been using this method all the time! But I will see if any update has proved to work with a click on the Icon.
