TEST CASE for mdadm 13.10 -> 14.04 SRU:
1. Upgrade mdadm while upgrading from Saucy to Trusty.
2. dpkg --configure mdadm will hang trying to update Grub1 and related processes must be killed.
3. Upgrade mdadm instead with the trusty-proposed mdadm - https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mdadm/3.2.5-5ubuntu4.1
3.a. apt-get install mdadm/trusty-proposed

VERIFICATION DONE:
- mdadm/trusty-proposed configuration completes successfully
