Comment 112 for bug 120375

Can somebody explain, is this bug fixed in hardy packages?

A lot of comments, and not a single clear report!!!

If it is not fixed... Is there a patch for local script in initramfs-tools and mdadm or is there any rebuilt package with the fixes?

Currently in Hardy i got:
