Comment 7 for bug 1232727

Four years on and this is still an issue. Arc took less than 20 seconds to extract a file with 20277 files, while MC is almost two hours in and still only 89% complete. This is from the same file to the same drive. Something's seriously wrong with the extraction code in this application, and needs to be fixed.
