Although the bug below was raised against a PPA for Trusty that I maintain, the issue is present in Utopic. Syncing the package will fix the MATE Sticky Notes applet for Utopic, as confirmed in the issue below:

      those man pages is unclear and several have the same name as the man
      pages in the gnome-applets bin:package. (Closes: #764448).
