Ok, a plain jammy rebuild in a launchpad ppa failed:

The binary package that is currently in jammy was probably rebuilt before the lto changes I'm guessing, because it's not affected by this. So I wonder how current jammy users could be affected by this (besides the rebuild). Let's see if Michal has something to say about my comment #15.
