Binary package hint: mailgraph

The homepage for RRD Tools has moved. First of all, this means that the icon on the bottom of the page (http://people.ethz.ch/~oetiker/webtools/rrdtool/.pics/rrdtool.gif) cannot be displayed. Furthermore the link from that icon leads to the old page (but is being redirected. This should be very easy to fix.
