Please, update Lyx in Ubuntu 8.10 to 1.5.7 from 1.5.6.

Lyx 1.5.7 is a stable release with one major fix: reads files created by Lyx 1.6.x. Additionally, 1.5.7 fixes these bugs: http://www.lyx.org/announce/1_5_7.txt
