Switch to desktop 2 with any means (control alt right mousewheel over desktop alt mouse wheel, using the desktop pager on the panel client list menu by middle clicking on the desktop background super f2. Then launch the run dialog by the shortcuts alt f2 or super+r or the menu run or lxpanelctl run from a terminal.
