This bug was also introduced after update kernel from 3.19.0-30-generic to 3.19.0-31-generic. LXC version is 1.0.7-0ubuntu0.1.

Add line to /etc/apparmor.d/abstractions/lxc/start-container fixes issue:

mount options=bind /dev/pts/** -> /dev/**,
