The patch in the package is slightly different from the one sent upstream. Will push the one from upstream (after testing on the arm porter)

This bug was fixed in the package lxc - 0.8.0~rc1-4ubuntu25

lxc (0.8.0~rc1-4ubuntu25) quantal; urgency=low

  * debian/control: only depend on libseccomp-dev on i386 and amd64, and
    switch to upstream-submitted seccomp patch (LP: #1037701)
  * debian/rules: add '--with autoreconf' to force recreation of
    configure from configure.ac
  * 0099-cleanup-after-template-help: don't leave a partially created
    container when -h is passed after '--'. (LP: #1031043)
