Tested the prepared merge by Steve. ( lp:ubuntu/lvm2 r69 )

* building/installing/upgrading/rebooting on:
** in a VM
** real hardware as Encrypted LVM
** in a VM, on top of software raid
** in a VM, with multiple VGs
** in a VM, snapshot creation

All passed ok.

In the mean time, 2.02.95-1 got uploaded in Debian... will look into merging that.
