The lvm2 package is built with --with-thin=internal option activated, but the supporting userspace activation tools are neither packaged not depended upon correctly.

The errors reported in Debian at http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=673000#17 also occur on Ubuntu Quantal.
