I'm sorry to say this is not an issue with Ubuntu at all, but an issue
with Viber itself. Its deb package specifies this directory, which it
erroneously assumes exists. You could attempt to create the directory
and that may solve the problem, but ultimately you'll need to look to
Viber for the fix. Try support.viber.com and file a bug there. Thanks!
