Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.

You weren't using a Lubuntu or Ubuntu web site; as https://lubuntu.net/downloads/ is NOT associated with the Ubuntu or Lubuntu projects.

If unsure what web site to use, don't use google unless you can peruse & evaluate the results. It's best to use ubuntu.com which will get you to https://ubuntu.com/download/flavours which has correct links for all official Ubuntu flavors.

If you'd used the Lubuntu web site - https://lubuntu.me/ you'd have found working links; and not found links to EOL releases.

FYI: The alternate ISO was last created April 2018, is no longer supported or used (refer https://lubuntu.me/taking-a-new-direction/), see https://help.ubuntu.com/community/LXDE-lubuntu/Alternate_ISO for some historical details only. It would install Lubuntu 18.04 LTS and was used with machines that had <768MB of RAM thus were incapable of running a live system and the installer at the same time. The alternate ISO was not live, using the Debian installer instead.

PS: If you want fan or fake sites to correct their data, you'll have to take that up with the owners/operators of the sites. Always be aware google offers the legitimate, fake & fan web sites. Lubuntu.net thankfully is not a malicious web site but some are. Use official sites.
